What is eBook?

E-book is the abbreviation of Electronic Book. E-book is a form of book that can be opened electronically via computer. If the book consists of a collection of papers that can contain text or image, then the e-book also contains information that can be either text or images. EBook consists of many formats (more than 25 formats) but the popular include: EPUB, PRC / Mobi (Mobipocket format), AZW (Amazon Kindle format) and of course the PDF (Portable Document Format).

There are several advantages of eBook if compare with regular book:

• No need for storage such as shelving or cabinets, because simply stored on computer hard disk.
• Can search for words in eBook with a search facility.
• Simple distribution, only need a computer or laptop and internet connection.
• Cheaper
